Advocate (Crl.side) COMMON ORD ER These Suo Motu Cases are dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.

In all these cases after considering the peculiar nature prevailing in Tiruppur District, that most of the defacto complainant and the accused being migrant population having gone back to their respective places and further considering the individual cases with respect to recovery of the articles in case of theft and the conflict no longer exist and the fact that summons could not be served for a long time and the warrant could not be executed in respect of several accused, the prosecution has filed withdrawal of prosecution applications in all these cases.

Satisfying with the request made by the prosecution is genuine and can be accepted, when already the withdrawal applications are filed in view of the long pendency of service of summons and warrants etc., and also considering the fact that the parties are also not available in most of the cases, Page No.2 of 5
