The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the mediation process is still pending.

2. Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court along with DNA report. The Director, Mediation Centre attached to this Court shall appoint a senior Mediator and complete the Mediation process within a period of two weeks and file a report before this Court on 29.10.2025.

3. Post the matter on 29.10.2025.
