ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner. 2.

It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent police issued C.S.R.No.157 of 2024 and after completion of enquiry the same was closed as no offence is made out in the complaint lodged by the petitioner. That apart, the entire allegations are civil in nature and already a suit has been filed in O.S.No.43 of 2024 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Chidambaram, by the petitioner and it is pending for adjudication. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner cannot be provided with police protection and the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
