This Petition has been filed to extend the time for execution of surety as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court made in the order dated 02.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16783 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.25772 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 02.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.16783 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.25772 of 2024 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Chennai.
