The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report pending in Crime No.119 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R5, Virugambakkam Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that, charge sheet has been filed in this case before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.2202 of 2025.
