This Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation/enquiry.
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Magistrate under Section 175(3), enquiry has been conducted and now FIR will be registered in this case.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the respondent police is directed to proceed the matter in accordance with law. 14.10.2025 DP To
