ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.404 of 2017 on the file of the 1 st respondent police as far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on 25.01.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20230000018/C2025 00004.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent.
4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

5. Since the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
6. However, the petitioner is at iberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
