2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi, Namakkal District, is directed to take the protest petitions in Diary No.4572 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 and Diary No.4586 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024, on file and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
