The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 63(a), 64 and 65 of the Copy Right Act and Sections 319(2), 318(4) of BNS and Section 29 of the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act in Crime No.434 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.23973 of 2025 on 01.09.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
