O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS Act [ Section 379 of IPC] in Crime No.110 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner joining hands with other accused have committed theft of 1.5 tons iron round pipes and 2.5 tons of iron square tubes. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that, apart from this case, petitioner has six previous cases. 2/4

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, and also the bad antecedents against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
