ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.12194 of 2023 dated 05.09.2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and the proceedings in this regard has been produced before this Court.

3. It is seen from the proceedings dated 14.02.2025 that the petitioner has been given with an order of permanency with effect from 18.06.2006. However, the monetary benefits have been given only from the date of joining and it has been stated that he is not entitled to backwages. If the petitioner is aggrieved about the denial of backwages and monetary benefits, despite he has been given with regularisation on and from 18.06.2006, the petitioner can raise a separate industrial Page No.2 of 4

dispute, if he is so advised.

4. In view of the above observations, this Contempt Petition is closed.
