ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 03.10.2024, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for subdivision of the same and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

3/6 2.Heard Mr.P.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application to the 2 nd respondent along with all the necessary particulars and documents. On receipt of the same, the 2 nd respondent shall act upon the application strictly in line with the title documents and the TSLR extract and proceed further with the process of survey, sub division and issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law. The entire process shall be completed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner. If the petitioner faces any difficulty in submitting the online application, the application shall be presented manually before the 2 nd respondent.
