ORDER

When the matter is listed today, before hearing the petition on merits,maintainability was heard. I have also perused the FIR, and it reveals that there are facts including abusing the de facto complainant by using the caste name. Though it is stated that it was uttered through course but the subsequent facts revealed that the petitioner herein is also continuously making WhatsApp and Facebook messages stating various defamatory remarks against the de facto complainants.

2. Hence, I am of the prima facie view that, SC/ST Act case is also made out. Hence, I am not inclined to consider the petition, and the same is dismissed on the ground of maintainability.
