ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30004 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 06:30 p.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter, every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition of appearing before the respondent police for even one day and further submits that the investigation is pending.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent is threatening the petitioner that, another CSR is pending against him. He also submits that the petitioner had furnished sureties and also ready to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court - II at Alandur, therefore, he prayed to modify the condition of appearing before the respondent police. 4.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30004 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Alandur on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 5.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 22.01.2025 stn 2/4
