Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pertaining to the impugned election notice No.2, vide Na.Ka. G.S. No.94/ Va.Ka/ E.A/ Thanjavur/ 2025, dated 18.09.2025 from the 2nd respondent and quash the same consequently directing the 2nd respondent herein to revise the voters list of the above referred Wakf for inclusion of the petitioners names in the voters list and to conduct the election for the above refereed Wakf namely Periya Pallivasal Wakf @ Koothanallur Periya Pallivasal situated at Koothanallur Town and Taluk, Thiruvarur District in accordance with law For Petitioner(s):

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.
