consequently, to issue a direction to defreeze the above accounts and transfer the respective amounts to the petitioner's Bank account. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to comply with the order passed by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crl.M.P. No. 19703 of 2024, dated 22nd October 2024 and consequently, to issue a direction to defreeze the above accounts and transfer the respective amounts to the petitioner's bank account.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the learned Magistrate, in Crl.M.P. No. 19703 of 2024, by order dated 22.10.2024, directed the second and third respondents to defreeze the petitioner's account and transfer the amount to the petitioner's account as interim custody. However, so far, the third respondent has not complied with the said order.

4. In view of the above, the second and third respondents are directed to comply with the order passed by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crl.M.P. No. 19703 of 2024, dated 22.10.2024, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
