The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNSS r/w 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No. Unknown of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that as on date there is no petition or complaint pending against the petitioners on the file of the respondent police.
