The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act), 1989 in Crime No.128 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today i.e. 14.10.2025, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no representation of the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, there is no representation of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
