This petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Neethiperumal, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2. Despite notice having been served upon respondent 3 and though Mr.N.Velmurugan, learned Standing Counsel entered appearance, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 4 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
