ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to renew the licence issued to the petitioner in respect of Three Star Saw Mill based on the decision taken by the State Level Committee on 26.02.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted the counter affidavit filed by the 2 nd respondent, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's application for licence renewal was rejected by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chairman, State Level Committee, vide Proc.No.WR4/31824/2022 dated 27.02.2025.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in a manner known to law. No costs. 21-03-2025 cda 2/4
