The petitioner is complainant and the respondent is accused. The petitioner filed a private complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act before the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in STC No.4614 of 2023 and the learned Magistrate after enquiry, dismissed the complaint. Challenging the said order, the complainant has filed the above appeal before this Court.
