This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28437 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 by allowing the present Criminal Miscellaneous petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28437 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Annandhanapatty Police Station, Anndhanapatty, Salem City, Salem District.
