ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition order dated 30.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.17672 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1898 of 2023 as that the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the cheque amount to the credit of STC.No.113 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kotagiri within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, 50% of the cheque amount is Rs.1,60,000/-; that the petitioner had already deposited Rs.96,000/- to the credit of STC.No.113 of 2018 pending the appeal; and that he may be permitted to deposit the balance amount of Rs.64,000/-.

3.Recording the fact that the petitioner had already deposited Rs.96,000/- to the credit of STC.No.113 of 2018, the petitioner is directed to deposit the balance amount of Rs.64,000/- to the credit of STC.No.113 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kotagiri within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions imposed in
