The order passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.17221 of 2013 has been confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.367 of 2023 dated 25.03.2025.

2.Earlier, this Contempt Petition was closed on 10.02.2023, in view of the pendency of the writ appeal, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the writ appeal. 3.In the light of the above, this Sub Application stands allowed and the Contempt Petition stands restored to file.
