ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relax the 1/4
condition imposed in Crl. O.P. No.24024 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.24024 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 on condition. The condition was complied by the petitioner from 09.12.2024 to till date without fail and hence prayed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition without fail.
4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences and the petitioner has also complied the condition without any violation, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in "toto".
5. Accordingly, the condition is relaxed in toto. 2/4
