This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.RC.SR.No.67717 of 2024 against the order of the Family Court, Krishnagiri, in M.C.No.87 of 2019 dated 12.06.2024.

2. Though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned.

3. Since this Court is inclined to take up the revision simultaneously, Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order.
