ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS, in Crime No.636 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20715 of 2025 by order dated 09.09.2025 on the ground that a complaint lodged by the defacto complainant stating that a cow was found missing and based on the confession of one Vignesh, the petitioner was implicated in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the cow has not yet been recovered.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17-10-2025 drl
