O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 28.10.2024, wherein the petitioner is seeking to take action against the revenue authorities, who transferred the patta, being well aware of the fact that there was a suit pending in O.S.No.191 of 2019 on the file of the Sub-Court, Jayankondam. 2/4
2. In the considered view of this Court, the earlier representation dated 24.07.2024 made by the petitioner was already considered by the first respondent and reply was also given to the petitioner during August 2024. Once again, the second respondent has also given a reply on 18.02.2025 to the subsequent representation dated 28.10.2024 made by the petitioner. If according to the petitioner, the patta was transferred during the pendency of the suit, appropriate remedy for the petitioner would be to challenge such transfer of patta and subdivision. No useful purpose will be served in making representations seeking to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the revenue authorities. Such a course of action is not going to help the petitioner in any manner. Therefore, instead of wasting time in giving such representations seeking to initiate disciplinary proceedings against revenue authorities, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of transfer of patta and subdivision of the property, if so advised.
3. Except this clarity, no further orders can be passed by this Court in the writ petition.
