ORDER
This writ petition has been to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2024.
2. The case of the petitioner is that when the petitioner availed the loan from an entity which is subsequently now changed as the second respondent, several illegalities were committed. The petitioner made a complaint to the Reserve Bank of India. The Reserve Bank of India responded to the representation by stating that the first respondent, namely the National Housing Bank, is the authority to look into such complaints and directed the petitioner to approach the first respondent. The first respondent is an authority constituted by the Government of India under the Ministry of Finance to address such complaints. It states that the petitioner made a complaint on 30.10.2024 through email to the first respondent and the same is pending.
3. In view of the nature of relief that is granted, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the second respondent, keeping open all the contentions of both the petitioner and the 2/4
second respondent to be raised before the first respondent. This writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The first respondent shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as the second respondent on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2024, conduct an enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law. (ii) The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of website uploaded copy of this order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. (iii) No costs.
