ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents police to process the complaint of this petitioner dated 25.01.2024 and on concluding the same as correct in all respect according to the circular dated 01.04.2022 issued by the Director General of Police, issue the non traceable certificate within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
