ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to issue patta with respect to the subject property in favour of the petitioner, by considering the earlier proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 26.09.2024.

2. Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the earlier proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 26.09.2024, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to pass consequential orders with respect to the subject property, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
