O R D E R

This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 04.09.2020 made by this Court in A.No.9057 of 2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.10.2025, this Court 1/4

passed the following order :

"The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.N.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of M/s.Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited.

2. The learned for the applicant in this application submitted that the parties arrived at a settlement on 30.01.2024 and the applicant has also paid the agreed amount towards full and final settlement. Pursuant to the same, the finance company through letter dated 12.02.2024 confirmed that they will withdraw the legal proceedings and that they did not have any further claim against the applicant. In view of this development, the present application has been filed before this court to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court on 04.09.2020.

3. Post this case under the caption for orders on 15.10.2025."

3. Pursuant to the above order, name of the counsel for the respondent has also been printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation.

4. Considering the materials placed before this Court, it is seen that the parties have arrived at a settlement on 30.01.2024 and the entire amount was paid by the applicant towards full and final settlement and the respondent company also confirmed that they will withdraw the legal proceedings through their letter dated 12.02.2024.

5. In the light of the above development, the order of attachment dated 2/4

04.09.2020 made by this Court in A.No.9057 of 2019, is hereby raised. This order shall be communicated to the Sub Registrar Office concerned, to enable the office to make necessary entry in the Encumbrance Certificate. This application is disposed of in the above terms. 15.10.2025 gya 3/4
