O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner has sought for marking the cart track in the FMB sketch in Survey No.179 at Kudachery Village, Paramathi Velur Taluk, Namakkal District, as was in existence before the UDR scheme.

2. Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, more particularly, the Village Map produced before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 10.07.2023 and conduct an enquiry by issuing notice to the interested parties, if any and orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
