O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 22.08.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for laying boundary stones.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by the petitioner through a registered sale deed dated 27.12.2024 registered as Document No.428 of 2024. The petitioner wanted to develop the subject property and for that purpose, he wanted to survey the property for subdivision. Hence, the petitioner's father submitted an application dated 21.05.2025. Thereafter, yet another application submitted on 22.08.2025 along with necessary charges. Since there was no progress, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the application submitted by the 2/4

petitioner on 22.08.2025 and to conduct survey in the subject property based on the title document. The said process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, they shall also be put on notice and survey shall be conducted in their presence.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
