ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A), 29(1) of NDPS Act and Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.306 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner involved in illegal possession of 100 grams of ganja and that the petitioner has 15 previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the fact that the petitioner has 15 previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 22-10-2025 drl
