2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that all the certificates which are sought for in the prayer in both the writ petitions will be issued to the petitioner before 5:30 pm today.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General for respondents, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to issue all the certificates, which are sought for in the prayer in both writ petitions, before 5:30 pm today.
