ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.4474 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Pending the revision, the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes pertaining to the suit schedule property, which is the subject matter of lis between the petitioner and the respondents. 4.The parties are also present. The Memorandum of Settlement entered into between the petitioner and the respondents and duly signed by the parties is also presented before this Court. 5.Recording the said settlement arrived at between the parties, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as settled out of Court, in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 02.07.2025. The Memorandum of Settlement dated 02.07.2025 shall form part and parcel of the order, 2/4

disposing of the civil revision petition. It is also agreed by the parties that the suit in C.O.S.No.267 of 2024 shall be withdrawn on the ensuing hearing dates. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
