ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the bail condition No.6(b) in the order dated 23.09.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.24787 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been granted bail by this Court dated 23.09.2025 with a condition that "the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Madurai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ssi It is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police, until further orders". He further submitted that the petitioners could not able to comply with the said condition since there is no Town Police Station in Madurai. Hence, he prays to modify the bail condition as imposed to the petitioner in Para No.6(b) of the order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24787 of 2025.
3. Heard both sides.

Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to modify the bail condition as imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) of the order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.24787 of 2025 as follows: "the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Madurai Tallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police, until further orders".
