ORDER

Earlier this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 21718 of 2025, dated 09.09.2025 with certain conditions:- "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 am for a period of three months orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.21718 of 2025, dated 09.09.2025.

2. After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 21718 of 2025, dated 09.09.2025 against the petitioner, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.6(b) which reads as follows:- "6(b) that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m once in a week for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

3.The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No. 21718 of 2025, dated 09.09.2025 shall remains unaltered.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 25.10.2025 MSM
