This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct General Purpose Rating Course (G.P.Rating course) Exit examination for July 2024 batch of 40 students of the petitioner College with issuance of hall tickets to the students as scheduled on 3/12/2024, without prejudice to their right in the pending W.P.No.24879 of 2024 in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21/12/2024.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
