Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider and pass order on the objections / representations submitted by the Petitioners while revising the seniority of 2003 -2004 selection to the post of Fireman and for revising the
2019 panel for promotion to the post of Leading Fireman and to prepare the seniority list and panel in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honorable Court.

ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajendiran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the revision of the seniority list of the year 2003-04 for the post of Leading Fireman. Pursuant to the draft seniority list that has been circulated, they have given their objections on 11.12.2024 and 12.12.2024.
3. The respondents are directed to consider the objections that have been given by the petitioners before finalizing the seniority list. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
