Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue site visit certificate to the petitioner, enabling them to participate in the e-Tender floated by the 1st respondent for the work of construction of post attached quarters for 5 numers of Judicial Officers Quarters at Master Plan Complex in Namakkal of Namakkal District vide e-Tender Notice No.NIT.28/2024-25/B(C&M) CIRCLE/ERODE/dated 10.12.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2024.

Heard Mr.S.Senthil for the petitioner and Mr.S.J.Md.Sathik, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. Mr.Md.Sathik submitted that the Site Visit Certificate is ready and that in case the writ petitioner approaches the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Namakkal by 5.00 p.m., today, the said certificate will be issued. He has also given a copy of the certificate to this Court.
