ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2024.

2. Mr. K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for respondents would submit that the petitioner is called for enquiry only and he is not subjected to any harassment.

3. Recording the submissions made by learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court hereby directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and make a written submission as to the fact that he has already paid the entire amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, thereby cooperating with the enquiry. The 2nd respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2024 and record his submissions without subjecting him to harassment. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
