This matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 29.10.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur, through the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur District and also the letter dated 05.11.2025 received from the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tirupathur District, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in STC.No.876 of 2024, by a period of two months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupathur for extension of time. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
