Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.633 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) and 46 of BNS, 2023, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate

(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the accused has been arrested.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
