This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.

After considering the circumstances, especially the merits of the case, the circumstances in which, summons/warrant could not be served/executed and the fact that conflict no longer exist, the prosecution has already filed an application to withdraw this case. 3.

In view thereof, this case need not be kept pending and accordingly, this case in these cases in C.C.No.417 of 2021 of Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur is permitted to be withdrawn and consequently, the accused in this case acquitted and accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 17.10.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
