This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.10.2024, seeking bail in Crime No.320 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act r/w.8(c) of NDPS Act and under Section 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 r/w.3(5) of BNS. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for 1/3

the petitioner seeks leave of this court to withdraw this Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
