ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to registration of the First Information Report in Crime No. 525 of 2023, dated 31.10.2023, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, FIR in Crime No.525 of 2023 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 341, 294 (b) & 506 (2) of IPC and after investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN20230001876C202500485 before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur.
