Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent relating to his proceedings dated 19.03.2001 and in reference No.R11/7572/85 demanding a sum of Rs.1,37,409/- towards final cost in respect of petitioner flat No.HIG No.654, at Ellis Nagar, Madurai 625 010 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to issue the Sale Deed without demanding any amount by way of final cost in respect of the petitioner's flat No.HIG No.654, at Ellis Nagar, Madurai-10.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent relating to his proceedings dated 19.03.2001 in reference No.R11/7572/85 demanding a sum of Rs.1,37,409/- towards final cost and quash the same and further direct the respondents to issue the Sale Deed without demanding any amount by way of final cost in respect of the petitioner's flat No.HIG No.654, at Ellis Nagar, Madurai-10.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.G.Nagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
