This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thiruvarur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the certified copy of the evidence recorded in H.M.O.P.No.98 of 2023.

3. In view of production of certified copy of impugned order, the dispense with petition is dismissed.

4. The Registry is directed to receive the same and number C.R.P.SR.No.156278 of 2025 and list the civil revision petition for hearing on 11.11.2025.
